Strength training is a powerful tool for women’s empowerment, both physically and mentally. I not only am here to break down stereotypes, build confidence, and promote long-term health, but have a unique focus on longevity in health and wellness; aiming to improve quality of life, build and maintain muscle mass through progressive overload and resistance training to combat sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss) and help shift the narrative around women in fitness, showing that strength and femininity coexist.
