HOW IS KATHERINE’S
TEACHING DIFFERENT?
"Take care of your body, it's the only place you have to live."
TIME
I take time to teach people rather than just talk at them.
I assist people to leverage their strengths and shine a light on their blind spots in their bodies to be stronger.
MOVEMENT
I understand movement well and can offer modifications for both beginners, people with injuries, or people who want more challenge.
I’ve had plenty of injuries, weaknesses, and learnings along my journey and have overcome and worked my way through these challenges so I have wisdom to share with others working through their challenges. We all have strengths to leverage and weaknesses to balance out.
CONNECTION
I explain the movements from the inside out so people can connect to proper form and mind-muscle connection.
So they know what they are doing and why.
