THERE ARE 3 STRENGTH TRAINING CLASSES - Each class focuses on strength training in a particular area of the body:

  • LEGS & GLUTES

  • SHOULDERS & ARMS & BACK

  • CHEST & ARMS

The 4th class per week is geared towards
ACTIVE RECOVERY > YOGA & MOBILITY

KNEE THERAPY PROGRAM
Therapeutic classes, designed for optimal knee health.

Each class will begin with mobility work for the hips, knees and ankles. Classes will cover the basic range of motion and function of the knee joint and very specific, functional strength work - especially eccentric strength.

  • Those with knee pain

  • Past knee injuries

  • Post knee surgery (at least 3 months)

  • Yoga teachers & fitness trainers working with clients with knee pain & weaknesses.

  • Those desiring to strengthen their knees and incorporate new exercises into their fitness regime.

GLUTE LIFT
GLUTE STRENGTH Training

In this 8 week Glute program, we will devote one class per week to GLUTE STRENGTH training through the following actions:

  • THRUSTING/BRIDGING

  • ABDUCTION

  • LUNGING/SQUATTING

  • HINGING/PULLING
